Bellator XVI Betting Odds
Join us at Bloodyelbow.com for the first event of the middleweight tournament to challenge reigning champ Hector Lombard, on Thursday April 29th, live on Fox Sports Net at 8:00 PM EST:
Main Card:
Middleweight tourney first round
Bryan Baker (11-1) -700 vs. Sean Loeffler (18-4) +475

After an impressive showing at Bellator IX in Season One, Bryan ‘The Beast’ Baker, with his impressive 11-1 professional record, collides with 10-year MMA veteran Sean "The Destroyer" Loeffler.
Jared Hess (9-1) -305 vs. Ryan McGivern (13-6) +245

Former IFL veteran Ryan McGivern wants to make a bold statement in his Bellator debut, as he stands in the way of Bellator Season One 185 lb. tournament runner-up Jared Hess during his quest for retribution.
Alexander Shlemenko (27-4) -260 vs. Matt Major (6-1) +205
The final addition to the Bellator middleweight tournament, feared Russian striker Alexander Shlemenko will make his Bellator debut against the versatile Matt Major, who is riding a three-fight win streak.
Eric Schambari (11-1) -400 vs. Luke Zachrich (9-1) +300

Eric Schambari will put his four-fight win streak on the line against the Dan Servern protégé and former TUF participant Luke Zachrich. Look for striking to be on display in this bout as each fighter's submission skill will likely cancel out.

Apparently Bellator has announced that man is Alexander Shlemenko. Way better than I expected at this point.

Thanks for that terrifying picture.

The image illustrates my excitement for Thursday nights, thanks to FSN and Bellator!
Woot!
Man, I love the tournament aspect of these fights. The tournament really builds on the excitement. The weekly free card’s on TV is perfect.

Isn’t Matt Major that really disturbed guy from the Tapout show?
Sure glad Lesnar got his shit straightened out.
I wouldn't say disturbed...
I’d just say that he’s extremely cocky, but he also was trying to make himself memorable for a TV show, and he did that.

The guy who almost fought someone else backstage after his fight. Yeah, that’s that moron. I was actually at that event too. Pretty terrible stuff.

Man, I wish I had FSN
My damn apt complex didn’t select it as one of the channels to offer us from DirecTV, so I miss lots of MMA and lots of Braves and Hawks games. :(
AND, if THAT isn’t bad enough, we also don’t get Versus here. :( :(
I thought Deeds was a welterweight...
Has he been fighting at 155? Would this be at 155 or catchweight? Anybody have info?
