Donald Cerrone says Benson Henderson "can be knocked out":
"I guess the third time is a charm, huh?"
"I used to start slow; I don’t start slow anymore," said Cerrone. "I’ve corrected that problem of starting slow. And Ben can be finished. He’s not super-human. He can be knocked out. His jaw is definitely questionable. I feel like I knocked him out when he was on top of me and fell on me (in the second round). And he can definitely be choked out. I’ve fixed those mistakes and I’m ready to show the world that he can be put away."

I think Cerrone is one tough guy. I know he can KO or submit Henderson……just dont do an armbar, or shoulder lock as I think Henderson is double jointed.
The guy is like fucking Gumby, but yeah Cowboy puts him away this time.

This one will play out much like their first fight, minus the extreme dehydration- and subsequent post 3rd round sluggishness – on Bendo’s part. That’s one huge factor people fail to realize/acknowledge – Henderson had a miserable weight cut & stopped sweating in the 4th round because he was so dehydrated. This time he will batter Cerrone for a few rounds & sink in a chock of some sort in the 4th.

Lucky makes some sweet gis for sure, they’re a little heavy for my taste but when that Glover signature gi is on the market… I might pony up cash for it.

SYR pants are rip stop as of the most recent batch or two, and yeah, awesome. Some crazy company is making a rip stop top now too, but I imagine that can’t be legal use in competition.

I’ll definitely have to check out the atama 7 rip stops if any of my pants break. As of now I’m just using a Manto Gi, 2 SYR, an Ouano, and my starter gi which was a Waldorf (and was terrible thank god I don’t use it anymore ><).
Looking forward to the next SYR releases and that Jeff Glover Lucky. My wallet is not looking forward to those however haha.

what my instructor did for us was got an order of like ten luckies together and ordered whole sale.
It saved us like 50 bucks a Gi. You have to buy 1000 dollars worth of gis to get the wholesale price.

Going with Cerrone all the way on this one, I think he’ll stop Bendo within 3 rounds. I would love to see him beat the shit out of Varner too, I don’t like that guy at all.

Cowboy’s kicks were vicious against Ratcliffe, but Bendo’s wrestling takes them away. He has to win by landing his fast right straight or choking Ben out. Both are going to be difficult and I think the right hand has a better chance. This one could go the distance.
it is my present belief, based on his previous fights, that Benderson’s arteries run not through the sides of his neck, but up through his spinal column, rendering him completely impervious to conventional chokes. Crushing his trachea would work, but is not permitted under the unified rules.
So, I hope Cerrone has been working diligently on that fast right.
I consider myself a softcore fan.
I think Benderson takes the rematch.
He choked me out a couple time in bjj so I have to hope that he wins to maintain my self respect. Plus, he was beating Cerrone’s ass last time and gassed after bad weight cut.
I love Cerrone but I’m in love with Benderson.
