Hmm…just spoke to someone at ABC San Diego. I guess it is a violation to serve my friends and I while his wife is passed out at the bar. Also a violation for their bartender to have drank with us BEFORE going to work AND WHILE working. Guess THRUSTERS is gonna have a few problems now… Sick of EVERYONE always ratting on me for petty shit! Especially when all of them are doing dirt themselves! Hypocrites. I may have paid $3,000 out of pocket for bail and another $6,000 for a lawyer but THRUSTERS will lose more than that! =)
I HATE drinking water…found a good trick tho. Cut up cucumbers and throw em’ in a pitcher of water and let it sit in the fridge. Makes it WAYYYY better!! =)

I called him and tried to set something up ,but all I heard was doctors talking and the beeping sounds of a medical device. Apparently when someone calls out Tito a different part of his body gets injured. I hear he’s only got one working eye and one big toe working.

Seriously, that fight does nothing for Hughes. He’s on the record saying he won’t fight Kos, Fitch, etc, b/c they bring no fame. As a slight aside, the fight also does nothing for Mr. White’s bank account.

Hughes won’ fight Kos and Fitch cause they’re ‘Young’ and no name value.. Matt is only looking for “interesting” fights, and this bout fits the bill… It has a good story line, and it can certainly drive interest (and “do stuff for White’s bank account”). Hughes already beat him in a grappling tournament years ago, and he also just beat his master, Renzo… If Hughes wins, that will make three wins in a row, and a total of 4 wins over people from the Gracie lineage (if that’s the right word).
I’m not sure if he’s still looking for one last title shot, or if he’s content to ride out in the sunset after a couple of wins, but in the case that he wants it, the “greatest WW of all time” could make a better case if he gets 3 straight, and one over a very very quality guy like Ricardo..
If Almeida wins, that’s 4 straight wins, 2 straight since he dropped down from MW, (where he was already ranked as one of the top guys in the world), making him an instant contender at WW…

I hade the same exact reaction.
most guys get two bouts, to give a chance to shake off the jitters. The only person I can remember that got cut after 1 fight, was Rolles, and he looked like shit, while the Brenneman/High fight was competitive and pretty entertaining.
