Obviously both fighters can make this weight. I think for GSP its a little more fair than having to come up to 185 and vice versa for Silva. Since its non-title, only 3 rounds which kind of sucks but oh well but maybe an exception can be made.I guess their will be more fireworks.  If SIlva was to win the 170 belt, I dont think he would want to stay at 170, he wants to go to heavier weights anyway. meanwhile while they are preparing to fight eachother, it will give some time to their divisions to make a more clear number one contender. Both of their divisions clearly need that, and these two fighters shouldnt have to sit on the shelf waiting for that to happen.
