Golden Glory says Alistair Overeem will fight 3 or 4 times in Strikeforce this year:
"But this year, I've been promised by Golden Glory that he's going to fight three or four times for us here before the end of the year, and we're going to hold him to it." Coker said.
"[Overeem] is going to have to come in and take the necessary tests and prove that he's like every other athlete," Coker said. "The playing field should be even for everyone, including Alistair, who's our world champion."

Ubereem Supreme
Are you kidding me? Ubereem can do anything. You would be surprised what a pure horse meat diet will do to you. Now the question is, will Ubereem cycle off in time? Or will he sink the entire organization like Barnett?
“[Overeem] is going to have to come in and take the necessary tests and prove that he’s like every other athlete,” Coker said. “The playing field should be even for everyone, including Alistair, who’s our world champion.”
Does he mean drug tests?
Yes
Of course, as it seems with nearly any story in MMA, Overeem’s return to competition in the U.S. doesn’t come without rampant speculation. Many MMA observers have pointed to Overeem’s chiseled physique and nearly 30-pound weight gain since his Strikeforce title win as a possible reason to accuse the heavyweight of steroid use.
Coker said he’s aware of the speculation, but he is unconcerned about any baggage his champion could potentially bring to the cage.

#3.The dreaded 30/60/90 Triangle...
They hypotenus is eqaul to 2 X the short leg…
#3. x = 6
Not to get all nerd here, but you are wrong. The angles aren’t given. You have to use the pythagorean theorem. 3squared +4squared = xsquared. 9 + 16 = xsquared. x equals five. Also you can just remember that multiple of 3 and 4 the hypotenuse is going to be the same multiple of five.
The man known simply as "Christmas Cheesesteak"
Yeah, I just
A$$umed…I actually measured the angles…
not really…But they do come close to 30/60…
Yeah, also,
the shor leg is half the legnth of the long leg…
There was no ‘Figures Not Drawn to Scale’ disclaimer at the bottom…
you said something stupid, it’s ok, we forgive you, if you let it go.
you can’t dig your way out of this one, there are two possible answers for the problem, 5, or what is written on that paper, anything else just means you are dumb.

If Overreem fought 3 times in the US...
He would be exposed on multiple levels…
Hormonally and
his below average MMA skills…
Everyone says they’re gonna fight 3-4 fights “this year”. It always ends up being more like 1 or 2. In Overeem’s case I’d expect 1.
Ummm no...
He fought Remy Bonjasky on 03/28/2009, Peter Aerts on 09/26/2009, only his fights against Ewerton Teixeira and Badr Hari where in the same night on 12/05/2009. Not counting the last two fights because they where on the same night is retarded.

Bwhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Will Coker ever learn to keep his predictions low? He always looks dumb when they don’t happen.
To be fair...
Dana has a tendency to overplay his announcements, etc… too.
Lets just chalk it up to Promoter speak.
To be fair
It’s a pretty common expression

I don’t think he did.

LOL at shitfarce…
They have dozens of guys like Galvao and Riberio who have been sitting and waiting for fights and this idiot is planning fights for a guy who pulled out of 2 already announced shitfarce cards.
Shitfarce, really? That’s the best you could do?
While you were bitching “Shitfarce” booked Andre Galvao vs. Luke Stewart @ Strikeforce – Challengers 7
Overeem making a killing?
Does anyone know a site to look up the purses Overeem has won in the last year?
I know he’s paid very well for his K-1 fights and I’ve gotta wonder if it makes more sense to be a free agent and take more or less fights a year as you want than being more highly paid by the UFC (per fight) but being limited to the number of time the UFC wants to showcase you.
If anyone wants to bet I’m giving 15-1 odds on
him fighting for SF 3 times this year and 100-1 on him fighting 4 times.

I’ll say those odds jump up to 2-1 if Strikeforce books him against Wes Sims, Jimmy Ambriz, and Tank

The Overeem Fighting Calculator
Multiply the # of Fights Overeem or his camp says he’ll have with Strikeforce by zero.
In the rare event something is signed, wait until R1 of said fight begins then add “1”

Eh, I say twice.
I'm gonna make a bold prediction here and say Cain "pillowhands" (as some of you have called him) lol Velasquez catches Nog right on the chin and finishes via strikes on the ground. Nog looked good against an old Randy. It didn't show me much. We’ll see.

with all the confusion about the stirkforce HW title...
it’s interesting that alot of people are up in arms over the fact that fedro isnt fighting overeem for the title, which does make the most sense.
hilariously enough, fedro, according to finkledong, has no interest in the title and won’t fight for it.
so bizarre
