Fedor Emelianenko exhibition fight in the works for April 10th: [one week before Strikeforce: Nashville on CBS]
"Fedor Emelianenko will be there to support the fighters at the event. Spectators could possibly see an exhibition fight with Fedor, if of course; everything is in order with his hand. We will able to know one week before the competition."

OMG they’re counter programming UFC 112!!
Don’t they care about the sport!!!
All they care about is money and their own company!!!!
This is almost worse than the Yoshida fight.
Essentially this will be Fedor breaking his hands for no reason. Awesome.
Without pain, without sacrifice, we would have nothing.

No you misread it. He said he can careless. Not care less.
It’s like “I can careless when I drive drunk” or “careless when I use deductions I’m not eligible for on my tax returns”.
I'm about to put Fedor in the new category Jose Canseco is in......
….if he signs a real fight, report that. Otherwise I don’t care what is going on with Fedor. Just update me on his status when there is a contract signed for a real fight (not that these silly contracts mean much to M1.)

This all goes back to "controlling the narrative"
Strikeforce is doing a terrible job telling us what’s going on with Fedor, and it allows rumors to run absolutely rampant. This is just starting to get ridiculous. Strikeforce should try to get control of the Fedor story before it overshadows them.

Strikeforce has no control of that, heck M-1 Global barely controls what comes from their own people. What will be bad for Fedor is when all this crazy stuff pops up and no one even cares to comment on it anymore.
It's not about getting rid of rumors
It’s about making those rumors not matter. If Strikeforce were just to take control of the situation and issue some strong, confident statements about Fedor, then these rumors would be summarily dismissed. instead, they’re sitting on their hands like frightened schoolboys, and the rumors are running wild. It’s a huge mistake on their part.
Agreed but M-1 is the ones with their hands on puppet strings here not Strikeforce, they can’t really say anything because they probably don’t know anything either. Fedor isn’t a Strikeforce fighter he is a M-1 Global fighter that fought on a Strikeforce card, as far as Fedor gossip goes they are pretty much screwed, heck they are probably reading the gossip and wondering if it’s true or not themselves.
Fedor is an absolute joke now. I would love to see him get manhandled by LESNAR

I suggest everyone save the energy they have for this topic to mock people that will be upset that it isn’t a real fight after the fact. It’s a lot more fun than getting upset now.
You don't understand
Exhibition is for pussies, real men fight in the UFC for real.

"You hit too hard, too hard, too hard..."
Nope
It’s gotta be the Wing Chun fighter from the post below this.
