Maybe this training will help a little.
Muay Thai is super cardio oriented so maybe he can gain something from it. Especially since I didn’t realize his MT was so bad.

He looks a little paunchy now….
but training at TMT forces you to lose wait and get in shape. It’s two 4 hr workouts, morning and afternoon. This does not count the 30 min optional technique class before each session, the optional 1 hr morning run or private lessons during lunch, which it appears he is taking advantage of now. Plus Thai food is healthy anyway, but on Phuket it’s more so as the most available meats are squid, prawn, and fish.
So as long as he avoids the night life he might improve…..big ‘if’ me thinks….
Yeah, I got a feeling Baroni is doing most of his cardio work in the wee hours of the morning with a horde of thai girls.
