Robert Drysdale BJJ World Champion talks Frank Mir:

"Frank and I are training a lot of Jiu-Jitsu, practically every day. Frank is awesome, and if you don’t watch out, he gets you. He was even thinking of competing at the Jiu-Jitsu Worlds this year! But the best part of training with Frank is that we’re great friends. We get along well, hang out and play video games… I feel a part of his family. We’re going to get that belt" Drysdale said.

Don't bother contemplating it, it won't happen. :)

I'm like PacMan fightin you silly kids... throw ya Hatton the ring, and get knocked outlike Ricky did.

With someone like Drysdale, it really is about technique over size. I think that Drysdale has went up against Fabricio Werdum at Brazilian jiu jitsu. I wonder if the above poster even knows that Drysdale is one of the top Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners in the world, and his knowledge is sought after by many mixed martial artists.

that would be a good point, execpt i do know who he is, and while he has some great technique, i think drilling against large wrestlers who preffer control over submission would be of more use.

My point was that while learning more technique would be helpful; hanging underneath someone is not a tactic i would recommend in the current UFC HW division.

Robert Drysdale fights at LHW

That means that his slightly out of shape walk around weight is at the very least 225. Just thought you should know.

Gotta admit

the guy looks like he’s in pretty incredible shape right now
