Brock Lesnar was the best and worst thing to ever happen to Mir.

"Frank Mir had a horseshoe up his ass. I told him a year ago. I pulled it out of him and I beat him over the head with it." Brock Lesnar

Mir is becoming gigantic.

But related to the discussion had with other fighters and their ideal weight, I wonder if Mir is really at his best when he’s 285 lbs (cutting to 265). Is he as quick? Will he have the cardio? Based on the workout footage, Mir will be super strong and powerful with the added weight, but I’m not sure what was so wrong with his size and conditioning at UFC 100? He was about 250, which is a very good sized HW, and was in great shape, quick and with cardio.

I think Mir has the better standup while Carwin has the better wrestling. I am interested as to how this fight will play itself out, on the ground or in the standup?

Yes. I think Mir has better technique but a notch or two lower when it comes to power. I honestly think Carwin would shoot for the takedown and use Brocklesnar’s gameplan back in 100. I’m still going with Mir though.

I think if mir trys to stand with carwin he will get put to sleep!

They managed to capture the essence of BROCKLESNAR. Funny countdown, like everything Mir’s related, it’s worth a watch.
