Tito Ortiz out of TUF 11 and Liddell Fight
Multiple Hernations in his neck have apparently forced Ortiz out of TUF 11 and his trilogy fight with Liddell. Earlier rumours mentioned that former UFC Middleweight champion Rich Franklin replaced Ortiz as coach on the show.
Back injuries often lead to neck problems and this sounds like it could end Tito's career. In which case I say thanks for the memories Tito I wish good luck in your future endeavours but please shut the hell up.

I suppose it's better that way
I would rather he just stay out of the sport; rather then disgrace what he used to be.

Isn't Youtube fun?
Tito is denying this report on Twitter
It’s really a giant cluster-fuck. I’d try to ignore all the “reports” and “rumors” until we hear something definite from the UFC regarding Tito’s participation in TUF and future fights.
unless..
He’s really out, but they just told tito to keep it hush hush so it doesn’t spoil this upcoming season..
