Urijah Faber talks Jose Aldo:
"That's a fight I've wanted now for a long time. I feel like I have the style to beat Jose. ...I'm a guy that's fast, I'm a guy that has an advantage in the grappling and I also have hands that you have to be wary of."

Aldo was a terrible matchup for Mike Brown
Aldo is good no doubt, but Urijah has a significant chance. This is Machida/Shogun all over again. And yes, I am from Sacramento so take this with a grain of salt.
The man known simply as "Christmas Cheesesteak"
I don’t think anyone has a chance against Aldo now or in a long time from now. However maybe we will be proven wrong looking forward to this fight!
The same was said about Machida. One guy even came up with “Machida Era”.
I say, let the guy prove himself.

I like how he says it’s something he’s wanted for a long time.
Bullshit, you’ve only wanted this fight since he won the belt, if Brown still held it you’d be clamoring for another rematch.

As an Aldo fanboy
This will be his toughest fight in the WEC, Faber imo has the speed and wrestling to finally show us what Aldo can do off his back. Brown showed that brute strength pull downs don’t work. If Aldo is going down it will be due to speed and technique.
I am still going to pick Aldo by stadium silencing savagery, but what will Joe-say do when he doesn’t have his deadliest weapon: his drastic speed advantage that he has carried into all of his WEC fights so far.
Fabers quickness, cunning, wrestling and toughness are going to get pushed to their limits. Please Believe.
Let's just say...
This will be one of the best matches of all time. Of all time.
Keep sleepin' on me...
