"Roger Gracie (2-0 MMA, 0-0 SF), a 2005 ADCC champion, finally is set to make his Strikeforce debut on May 15. Sources close to the event told MMAjunkie.com former UFC heavyweight champion Kevin Randleman (17-14 MMA, 0-1 SF) is the leading candidate to face the grappling ace at the as-yet-unannounced show, which is likely to be hosted by the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Mo., and air live on Showtime."
"...Rameau Thierry Sokodjou (7-6 MMA, 0-1 SF) is also under consideration should the original matchup fizzle."

Randleman makes more sense than Soukodjou
Sokodjou is a risk to knock him out. Randleman would be pretty similar to what they gave Jacare, a old wrestler who’s going to try to take it to the mat, but won’t be able to do anything there. Roger should take that. I don’t want to sound stupid here, but I’ve never known. How is Roger pronounced, is it just Hoger? Is the O hard or soft?

I like the Gracie vs. Randleman matchup more, though the outcome is predictable. Roger Gracie takes this by cross-collar choke. Yeah yeah, I know there’s no collar to grab in an MMA match, but this is Roger Gracie!

I hope so. Soko badly needs a win. He has the be one of the biggest let downs in MMA history. You KO Lil Nog and Arona, they hype you up like the next big thing… then it’s all dooooooooown hill from there. :( I believed in you SOKO!

With Roger Gracie, one has to always worry about him pulling out of his fights
Whoever the opponent is, I just want to see Roger Gracie in an MMA fight because he does not fight very often, so to me, it is kind of a novelty to see him in action.
