Who’s dumb enough to fight this guy? He’s got Hep C. Unless you’re planning on wearing a full body condom made out of titanium rubber this has got to be the most reckless decision ever.
1. The rumor was Hep B, not Hep C
2. Acute Hep B spontaneously clears from the body in something like 90% of all cases
I still wouldn’t fight him in a non-sanctioned match, but the odds are pretty good that his Hep has cleared.
Chronic HBV doesn’t go away, heck even with acute HBV it doesnt actually just disappear, it can reactivate.
Lets face it if there was any chance he was clear now then he would get tested clear so he could get lucrative fights in the US and Japan. The very fact that we don’t see him fighting big fights in major markets anymore speaks volumes about this situation.

That's funny...
…I talked to Michal Kita (top Eurpean HW from Poland) today, he said that he had been offered a fight against Alex in April in Russia, but he rejected it because of Aleks’ Hep.

I heard a lot of KSW guys and former Cage Rage fighters have been offered fights with him. He’s fucked. I could see maybe… China having guys who will fight him that he’ll just demolish. That’s about it.

Which KSW fighters where offered fights with Alex? It’s the first time I hear about it.

Oh, it’s been awhile. I can’t remember exactly who, but it was roughly 2 or 3 fighters.

I was thinking the same thing. Someone actually told me it was now.

Full MMA rules are not legal.
You can strike and grapple, but punches on the ground are forbidden.

Now here are the rules.
Rule Number One: no punching. The nurse comes in he got a shiner or less some teeth, jig’s up. So, no knuckle sandwiches under no circumstances. But spit or not, no punching. Now, are we absolutely, positively clear on Rule Number One?
Rule Number Two: no monkey bites, and no hickeys. In fact, no leaving no marks of any kind. After that, it’s all good, buddy.

I think he cut ties with them a while back.

The Aleksander Emalienenko saga...
is a sad one indeed. He probably got the hepatitis from another ridiculous tattoo but the amount of disinformation put out by his camp is just staggering. He’s never going to fight again, there are too many events that have gone by that he would have been a lock to be featured on for the hepatitis rumours to be false. He would have been on any one of the Affliction cards, we would have seen him in DREAM and he might even be talking to Strikeforce. It’s too bad, he’s a fighter I was always interested in watching.

Since Japan is officially the zone where guys on steroids can fight freely,
…should we designate another country as “Hep-land”?

I have never seen him fight, but an all Hep cage rage Royal Rumble would be very entertaining. Get Pamela Lee in there.
