3 HIT squad guys, plus team affiliate in DeMarques Johnson all on the Abu Dhabi card. A lot of times this seems to help the fighters when they have teammates on the same card and same training cycle.

Hah at Madsen sucking in his stomach for the picture.

Keep firing Assholes!

GSP's only weakness is chubby redheads.

Well, Al-Turk looks like he’s pinching one off.

The visa issues aren't a bad deal for Al-Turk

he gets out of fighting Gracie, and instead gets to fight a guy who didn’t make it past the TUF semifinals, and in a country that will probably be behind him.

man, last time I saw Al-Turk fight, he was a victim of the most sickening stoppage I’ve ever seen.

For sure

He’s lucky to get another chance and against a guy he has a good chance against.

Way to give a free fight to Madsen. I didnt think he had enough upside to give him a win with no risk.

It’s good they managed to reschedule him so quickly. There aren’t too many guys with middle eastern backgrounds in the UFC, so it’s good they were able to slot him into Abu Dhabi. When the UFC goes outside of Vegas, I think people are more interested in seeing the big stars than local fighters, but it doesn’t hurt to have a few of them. And yes I know Al-Turk is British/Lebanese, but that’s better than nothing.

Mt guess is they asked him to pull out of the Gracie fight and offered more to fight in Abu Dhabi. Plus against somebody who he has a chance against.

Madsen via third round stoppage or UD.
