Honestly, I can’t imagine what it would be like to be stuck in something like that. Here in Vancouver, the worst we get is a month or rain or the odd snow dump that shuts down the city. Down south, many people throw hurricane parties – even during Andrew, Katrina, Gustav, etc, I had friends who spent the entire storms drunk. No memory of it at all.
