He got the range rover after his stint as a TUF coach as a gift from Dana. It also broke down on him sometime this past year

yeah, I don’t see the point in blaming Dana for a car he got as a gift. Dick move IMO (I know he’s joking, but still).

Him and Dana poke fun at each other all the time, they just have that kind of relationship, I really don’t think he means anything by it.

It was on his way back from Vegas
And it’s such a crappy place to break down on the way back to So Cal. If you’ve ever driven the drive from Vegas to LA with a hangover you know how crappy and long it can seem.
He's just having fun

It broke down when he was leaving Vegas, right after getting it. I think 45 minutes out from Vegas.

Dana gave him a range rover , there were 2 of them I think. Can’t remember the details but I think it was for coaching on Tuf. Pretty sure Bisbing got one too.
Bisping also got this after doing TUF.

The coaches on TUF get custom cars after the show (well Matt Hughes got a tractor). They are normally amazing cars but the joke with Hendo’s is that it broke down with him right after he picked it up. He’s been having fun with Dana over it ever since.

State was broke long before the current governor. I’m sure he didn’t help, but the California has had serious money problems for over a decade and not so serious problems for much longer than that.
San Andreas has been at fault for a long time though and has to accept the majority of the blame for multiple utilities failures and transportation collapses.
