Anyone worth watching in those last two matchups?
Without pain, without sacrifice, we would have nothing.

Terry vs Saffedine matchup is great, keep an eye on both of them. I don`t know much about Castillo vs Medeiros.
I'll take your word for it.
I’m woefully ignorant about prospects that aren’t in the UFC. Need to start broadening my horizons.

TREVOR PRANGLEY
"I feel it’s a privilege to be able to do what I do. I thank God every day for blessing me this much.’’
Can’t wait for this one!
"For some reason Dana White doesn't like me, and I don't care enough to find out why. So he can go pound sand up his ass as far as I'm concerned."

SARAH KAUFMAN
"I’m excited and honored to fight for STRIKEFORCE’s inaugural 135-pound women’s title. I just want to go out there, have fun, and make it the fight of the night. Don’t miss this fight. It could be over at any moment.’’
TAKAYO HASHI
"I am very honored to fight for STRIKEFORCE on SHOWTIME for the first 135-pound title for STRIKEFORCE. I feel I am representing Japan. I want to win the title for my career path, but I really want to bring this title back to motivate the female fighters of Japan.’’
Hashi can grapple with the best of them
But she’s going to get lambasted.

Yep. And Kaufman is no slouch on the ground. She’s really hard to submit, she swept either Tate or Baszler (or maybe both; I can’t remember which) during their fight from butterfly guard, and she rarely puts herself in a dangerous position when she unloads strikes from top position. Sarah won’t take the fight to the ground, but if it goes there, she’s not out of her depth; on the feet, it isn’t even close. And I’m very doubtful of Hashi’s ability to even get the fight to the floor.
"I'm AJB and I endorse this nut-puncher."

LUKE ROCKHOLD
"I’m happy to be healthy. It was a hard camp and I’m injury prone but my health is great and I’m ready to get out there and show it. I’ve been working on my standup and takedown defense. My kickboxing has gotten really strong. I can’t wait to show it to the world.’’
PAUL BRADLEY
"Fatigue makes cowards out of us all. You won’t see any fatigue out of this guy. I’m ready.’’
As for the tall blonde...
I didn’t want to be the one to tell you, but with those narrow hips, that girl couldn’t have more than 6 or 7 children.
