Crocop vs. Nogueira II, please

So, it doesn't reall get much more straight forward than the title- I think that a Nog/ Mirko rematch would be the perfect fight for all parties involved at this point in time.  Coming off the 1- sided ass beating courtesy of Velasquez at UFC 110, as well as the blowout loss to Mir at 92, it's pretty much been accepted that Big Nog's tenure as an top 5 elite heavyweight has come to a close; however, Nog is 3-2 in the UFC and has been highly competitive against other storied veterans of the sport such as Herring, Big Tim, and Randy.

Crocop finds himself in a similar situation, posting a 3-3 Octagon record, and losing decisively to the younger and more invigorated Gonzaga, Kongo, & JDS; even in victory, Mirko has looked pedantic and lackluster, taking stoppage wins over overmatched HW's in Sanchez, Al Turk, and most recently Anthony Perosh.  He also had a brief foray in Japan's DREAM org, where he outclassed Mizuno & drilled the legs of HMC (and also had the infamous NC against Overeem, a fight where Alistair not only mugged Crocop with vicious GnP, but also nearly robbed him of his ability to procreate).  Needless to say, Filipovic is no longer the same killer of old.

With both of these beloved legends of the sport entering the twilights of their respective careers, it only makes sense to have a rematch between the two.  They both have been dominant over all but the cream of the crop in their weight class, and as we all know, their first fight was nothing short of spectacular.  Mirko with the 1'st round striking & sprawling mastery, and Nog with his legendary toughness and ability to pull off the Hail- Mary sub in the 2'nd.  Both men have built up decent name value fighting in America since fighting in the UFC and being displayed on "Best of PRIDE", and this would be a great co- main event for a card that needs it.  Give both of these guys a few months to recover, and then set this rematch up; Severn said it best when he said that a "Masters" division (aka Senior Circuit) would serve as a good way to get aging legends the income they can use, as well as bring name recognition to fight cards.
