He did not cut too much. A week ago, he was 195. 10 pounds should not affect him too much. He seemed in good spirits and was not dragging.
You seem some guys that look like zombies when they weigh-in.

Nah Im not. Brown Pride, vato! lol
Seriously, lets say Nog beats Cain and then gets a shitle tot and beats Lesnar. Fedor already beat the shizz outta Nog. I doubt Dana wants that to happen. He wants someone who Fedors never faught so they can say they have the best champ and just in case Fedor goes to UFC it will be more intriguing.

but Nog fought him a long time ago, and keeps fighting top competition, whereas I can’t say the same for Fedor. I would still be interested in a fourth fight between the two if Fedor ever signs with the UFC.

What, ok Dana. Lol Dude Brett Rogers was undefeated, Arlovski was a beast, whatever. Nog just had a hard time with a small old Randy Couture.

oh man, don’t call me that, I hate DW. but if you can’t see that Randy is still a beast and that the HW division in the UFC is deeper than that of SF, I don’t have much to say really. Nog is fighting someone undefeated tonight too, and IMO would school Brett Rogers (Cain). we’ll talk more after tonight ok :p

I didn’t mean Nog would definitely beat Fedor, I only meant that it has in fact been a long time since both have met. Fighters change, and Nog has been keeping busy with higher competition IMO. It would be interesting for them to fight again, that’s all I’m saying. I’m not saying Nog would definitely get the W.

Well, if Nog pulls it out tonight Ill definately be rooting for him against Lesnar. I love Nog and his big heart. :)

Yeah, Nogs small compared to other guys he’s recently pwnd. Still Nog is probably the most well rounded fighter Cains ever faced. Very little room for error on this one.

Just got back from the weigh ins live.
a few things
- george, joe daddy, wandy, cd and igor all looked pretty drained and gaunt live.
- bader, k sos and nog all looked massive, in great shape and colour.
- they need more foteage in the countdown shows.
Finally saw the weigh-ins ...
Big Nog looked serious, I honestly thought he’d shake Cains hand and smile but he means business. Gonna be a long night for Cain.
Rampage and Dana moment was almost awkward. Its like Dana pretended he doesnt exist and he was one foot away. Funny. Wandy and Bisping had a good staredown though. Hopefully Wandy wins …how can anyone not cheer for this guy.
K-Sos needs to simmer down on the tats. His back … wow. Dude is good shape though. Speaking of good shape … Bader is ridiculous. And Nog seems like he was in the best shape of his life while Cain seemed a bit …. more pudgy than usual?
Just got back from the weigh ins.
The standing ovation that Silva got was ridiculous! So much energy in that room. Can’t wait for tomorrow!
UFC 110 is going to be epic!
It looks like waderlei did his homework this time with the weight, the strategy he had last time was just awfull, he trained and ate as usual, but he dropped 10 pounds extra. This time, it looked like he had a proper diet and a new training program, he even weighed in with his shorts and t-shirt, so i thought this was pretty easy on him, even though he looked a bit drained.
At the press conference he said he was 195, and to drop 10 pounds on 2 days isn’t really hard for theese guys, Randy for example is just walking the treadmill for lika 70-80 minutes to cut 12 pounds.
I hope he puts on enough weight by fight time.
