Werdum, he’s the best credentialed BJJer in the HW division. He placed first in his weight class at ADCC 2009.
Not to take anything from Nog, his BJJ is great but to answer the OPs question I’d have to say Werdum.

Exactly.
Nog is just about a lock for the best BJJ-while-getting-punched-in-the-face at HW. Werdum would work him in pure grappling, as would Maia, Jacare, Drysdale, and Xande. No shame in any of that.
Mir belongs nowhere in this discussion. He has some of the best submissions, but pretty fucking terrible positional and defensive BJJ.

Is it me or does Bisping look Retarded since his KO from Hendo?
It appears that his eyes and forhead are either paralyze from Botox or the lobotomy Hendo gave him at UFC 100 that froze parts of his face with that KO expression he had while he was laid out.
Am I wrong or is anyone else seeing this as well?

See, Bisping is held to a higher standard than every other fighter and it’s a bit pathetic really.
This is similar to the run up to the Hendo fight, Bisping calls him a “legend”, says “it’s an honour to be fighting him”, Hendo calls Bisping a “bitch” and a “douchebag” and somehow it’s Mike who’s the most offensive trash-talker in the history of combat sports etc.

I’m not holding him to a higher standard, I just think it’s kinda ridiculous when he talks trash about every other guy he’s ever fought but because he says a couple nice things about Wandy now all of a sudden he’s the most respectful guy in the sport.
He doesn’t actually trashtalk much though, does he?

Actually think about it and try to come up with some specific examples of notable trashtalk.
There’s “go back to wrestling” which he apologised a number of times for, but after that I’m blanking.
And I have to wonder whether these guys who go on and on about Wanderlei being a “super respectful guy” even knew who he was pre-UFC, and are completely unaware that he’s actually one of more notoriously confrontational guys in MMA.

I remember Bisping doing trash talking in the past, and in this day in age with fighters like Chael Sonnen and Frank Mir, one can’t really fault him when Bisping does do it. Fighters have to be promoted, right? With that said, I still want to see Wanderlei win this one.

If you take opposition in consideration the, GSP is the most respectful ever, He faced some serious shit talker, and the worst thing he said is “I’m not impressed by your performance”. Fedor got some kind of mental wall and trash talk don’t even goes to the brain, people don’t even try anymore.

It’s because he talks a big game but doesn’t back it up. He talked a big game when he was being fed cans to build the UFC in England. He talked a big game when every man and his dog thought that Hammill was robbed. He paid lip service to calling Henderson a legend then shit talked for an entire season of TUF, then looked like he didn’t even deserve to be in the same cage as him at UFC 100. Now out of one side of his mouth he calls Wandy a legend of the sport and with the other compares him to Chris Leben.
I like Wandi..
but I think he’s going down in this one.
