I'm sooooo pumped for this PPV!!!

I’m really pulling for mah Mexican brother Cain but man, I also love Big Nog. I think Nog pulls it out via sub.

Mauricio Shogun Rua #1 LHW in the World. The TRUE Champion.

Big Nog has really improved his conditioning and core strength. The perfect areas the work on for the fight with Cain. Ever since the randy fight he has looked in peak physical shape.

WAR BIG NOGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!

Shouldn't they be spreading rumors about Nog's injuries by now?

I mean, in case he loses.

Don't believe a word I say, I don't train BJJ.

I noticed that too. Maybe he’s trying to get into Cain’s head.

He still looks heavy-footed and plodding. I’m sure they used clips showing the tail end of his training day (when he’s most tired), but still, I think Cain has the speed and mobility advantage.
