Yeah...

that’s about as hard as he has to train for Ken Shamrock.

Actually he’s on the verge of peaking too early and overtraining.

This training will really pay off when he fights Ivan Drago in Moscow.

It’s more dignified when Fedor does it.

Seriously, at this point I’d say he’s over training.

Considering he probably has the most famous use of a push kick in mma history, you would think it would be easier for him to to break a piece of snow with one.

Marv Marinovich could learn a thing or two from this guy.

I’m glad that he is taking the necessary steps to train for what could be a 5 round fight.

I think the real danger here, that we’re all intentionally ignoring, is that Ken will, with surgical precision, re-bruise the internal bruises caused by the knots in the branch. Using the blade of the hand to systematically exploit those old wounds will be part of Ken’s path to victory, you wait and see.

Seriously, WTF is with these ridiculous tatoos that MMA fighters have?

You have to be the man... you have to be very, like, alpha male with her. You know? Decide what you do and everything. So, show her who's the boss, you know? - GSP

I mean, it’s a careful process for ANYONE not to have a ridiculous tattoo…

ROFLMAO

That was a classic…Lighten up guys who are taking this seriously. For Seth’s type of humour this is par for the course.

This was actually very tame by his standards.

I was expecting something blatantly homoerotic when he got down on his knees in front of his trainer. I was happy to see he went with the ‘less is more’ approach instead.

Cute!

I’ll be quite disappointed if Seth doesn’t win this by spectacular fashion.
