We're baaaaaaack. A different time slot today and big news about the future of the show, so this is one not to miss.
Today on "MMA Nation" we'll be joined by veteran MMA referee Dan Miragliotta to talk his experience with Virginia's athletic commission at the Respect Is Earned (RIE) event in Harrisonburg, Virginia on January 30th.
We'll also be talking UFC 110, the rise of Chael Sonnen, Demian Maia's middleweight title shot and the rest of the mixed martial arts universe.

I like luke and i love bloody elbow, but this is the worst, shitiest podcast out due to lack of accessability, why is finding the podcast for this shit so unbearably hard to do? could the page not be streamlined? and why is it in 10/9/8 minute sections, its beyond annoying.
This is a great change. Sunday is way better
