Forrest, how were you feeling when you ran away from the cage last year?

Forrest- One more outburst from you sir and I swear to God I will strangle you with my microphone wire …..P.s. don’t friend me

Boy...
how the mighty have fallen. Well, nobody really considered him as mighty but he used to be the champion. Now he’s probably the biggest name gatekeeper in the LHW division.
"But I was like "I don't know how they do things where you guys are from, but I dont think monogamy is legal in this country."
Will Campuzano's fight
better make it to air. Always in entertaining fights. Pace isn’t seasoned enough to beat Campuzano. Page and Wineland are a good level above.
Does Grove become top ten with a victory?

Based on what? Losing 2 in a row + win over Goran is overridden by beating Maia?
I suffer from IBS, otherwise known as "Influx of Billick Syndrome".
I wasn't saying he was or wasn't.
Just asking if he would. It would be a hard call. You’re right on point about his resume not being that good, but a win over a top ten fighter is a win over a top ten fighter. For me, I’d hold it against Maia more than I’d credit Grove.

Is that legitimate tension or just awkwardness . . .
. . . between Forrest and Goldberg?
I love me some me.
Forrest didn’t even know who Brookins and Johnson are.

Igor's only win in the UFC is James Irvin...
And I know Bonnar is awesome, but what has he really accomplished in the UFC?
Maia obviously had a poor showing against Anderson, but he really didn’t take much heat for the fight IMO. He swung wildly while Anderson ran, and the crowd (or what was left of it) was on his side.
Yeah, nobody really blames Maia, maybe they should, but they don’t. It comes out as a counter argument sometimes when Silva is attacked, but that’s pretty much it. Nobody spontaneously hates on Maia (first) for his fight against Silva, and certainly not the UFC (aka Dana White).
They see me rollin...
I look at it this way
This is a TUF finale, so it’s more casual oriented. Slugfesters and names are more valuble here than BJJ wizards. You either get yawn inducing performances or SOTN’s from Maia and not much in between. His stock is also severely damaged after Nate decapitated him. I would have absolutely no interest in seeing him as a main event fighter, especially against Grove who is hanging on for a job fight in fight out.
Stephan is a TUF alum, and Igor was just a name dug up to give him a non wrestler to brawl with.

I watch Maia fight over Bonnar any day but I’m no casual, Bonnar brings the stand and bang and is probably more popular too. Honestly I don’t care who’s face is bigger on the poster, I get two watch both fights anyway.
They see me rollin...
The fighters I want to see the most are Capuzano, Garcia, and Hendrix
I know it’s free or whatever, but this is a poor card even by fight night standards

Hendrix only because he fights Story and the match up is good, Maia for some BJJ win, Nam Phan for the body shots and technicity that will make Garcia look awful and Bonnar because it’s going to be fun. I like this card a lot, not much star power but I can tell it’s going to be a great fun night of fight.
They see me rollin...
what is technicity?
This is Phan were talking about here. Way too hittable. Garcia is gonna smoke him.

I like this card better than UFC 122. I would put this card in the same league as a FIght Night, but the only thing that I am not fond of is the placement of some of the matchups (Bonnar vs Igor in the Main Event). Story vs Hendricks is highly relevant and should be exciting, and Maia is a top ten Middleweight. Phan vs Garcia and Bonnar vs Igor are there for the slugfests. Brookins vs Johnson has me interested as well.

This card has no main event
so they went with a dude still riding the “most important fight in MMA history”
Babalu vs Hendo please.

Bonnar is a Spike guy
Same reason Diaz/Guillard headlined over Maynard/Huerta.

Fair enough.
Chael Sonnen admitted to not going through puberty and suffering from small-ball syndrome at his CSAC Hearing, so like his scrotum his suspension was reduced.

I know I have seen this guy fight, but he’s one of those guys you for whatever reason forget after you seen em. Hendricks by wrestlefuck.

I am
I still remember that war crime that he committed against Dustin Hazelett. Hendricks certainly has the advantage in the Power department, but Story is not to be fucked with.

After watching SF wiegh ins then watching UFC weigh ins
you see who the profesionals are
UFC moves quicker and is more official than SF’s IMO
I was ready to come to SF's defense
but you’re right. SF just has no flow.

Twitter @MaZZacreMMA
Just saw this too
What the fuck?
"I'm gonna go after number one, whoever it is. If it's Anderson, or I gotta go up after the guys at 205, or go on a diet and go after Jose Aldo-- it doesn't matter." -Chael Sonnen
Yeah
Garza just fought at 155. Its just a typo.

Did Joe Rogan get some sleeves done? I never noticed those tats before but it looks like he has some
He's always had them
If you notice he always wears long sleeves to cover them up on television.
he didnt have them on news radio

that was 13 years ago
He had them done before he was commentating for the ufc. He just always covered them up.
I thought Dana said a little while ago that any one that misses weight from now on isn’t fighting. So is that fight cancelled or was Dana being as truthful as usual? If it isn’t cancelled and he caved on an untelevised fight on a free show I don’t hold much faith in any thing happening when some one at the top of a PPV misses weight.
