Does anyone know what the hell it was that sidelined cantwell? I remember hearing it was life threatening and then nothing else

Nothing was really given when it came to his health problems. His last fight though, he had to pull out due to a knee injury. Sadly he is starting to turn into another David Terrell.

His striking is top of the food chain, he just didn’t respect guys like Luis Cane or Gustafsson. Hopefully he learned his lesson.
