"THE REEM" Alistair Overeem Documentary Soundtrack
For anyone who has been following The Reem you would know it has quite an epic and diverse soundtrack. Given that it's a public holiday here in Australia I've gone and found a large chunk of the songs featured in the series and listed them for those like me who enjoyed its soundtrack and weren't aware of all the tunes featured. Enjoy.
For any I am missing please add them in the comments.
In no particular order:
Incredible Bongo Band - Let There Be Drums
The Incredible Bongo Band - In A Gadda Da Vida
Dilated Peoples - Worst Comes to Worst (Instrumental)
DJ Shadow - Midnight In A Perfect World
Paul Hertzog - Advanced Training
Akira Soundtrack - Kaneda's Theme
The Prodigy - Omen (Molotov Beatz Remix)
Ill Bill - Unstoppable (instrumental)

Dude you’re awesome! Good call. I started listening to the music and it made me want to watch The Reem again hahaha
2 of my absolute favorites.
DJ Shadow – Midnight In A Perfect World
RJD2 – The Horror
"How do you shoot the devil in the back? What if you miss?"
I just started listening to RJD2 (long time Shadow fan) and I’m so mad at myself for not listening sooner.
I rarely tweet
I less-rarely write
"I ain't having it" - Buster Posey, hosing folks down
Very well done!
My favourite thing about the documentary (other than seeing The Reem in all his glory) was the soundtrack. This is now my new OST to life.
@RoscoDiaz
Ill Bill – Anatomy of a School Shooting (instrumental) was after Ill Bill – Unstoppable (instrumental)

As an amateur film maker
Of sorts, I can’t help but wonder if they cleared the licenses for all these. I would KILL to use the Akira soundtrack in an upcoming video…

I doubt that they did
Not too sure that anyone is willing to argue with The Reem. And god help them if Bas Boon gets involved.

On Ep 4 Showtime actually made them edit out the Brett Rogers footage and replaced it with imagery.
