Todd Duffee really looks like he needs TRT. That's 285 - 295 lbs depending on the weight of the bar. Who knows if he actually curled it (with very bad form of course), but to even attempt it is insane.

It's 295lbs
Most cambered bars are 25lbs.
And he not be doing straight curls. He could be doing altered standing rows. The posture is slightly forward, grip underhanded and you pull back with your elbows. It’s a mix between a curl and a row.
Who knows, though, maybe he’s insane strong.

feel like he’d be bent over more if he were doing that?
or he just put a bunch of weights on there to lift up and pose for the photo ;-)

Duffee is a meathead so I don’t have a lot of confidence in him doing this in good form. Looks like he was just showing off.

I've never met a meathead
who works at Dairy Queen and drives a smart car.
So they dont exist then because you havent met them?

That's what I was thinking
I doubt he was doing straight curls. Seems like some kind of modified row, probably designed for clinch strength.
In Duffee’s eariler fights, he seemed to really excel in the Greco type clinch, so I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the angle he’ll try to push against Alistair. Todd’s best chance would for sure be on top of Alistair, and using clinch takedowns would cut down the risk of getting ensnared in the Overtine.

Curling 295 lbs is much harder than doing short deadlifts of 550.

deadlift anf squat are two of the best full body lifts. curl is a very localized.
