Doesn't seem like a very complete workout,

but then again, I guess not everyone train’s like Sherk. Chris’s seems alot more simple and basic.

Anthony Pettis is my hero, my idol, my whole reason for sticking with MMA for 5 year's. Off-the-cage ninja kick FTMFW!
