Josh Thomson on 2-3 weeks notice is still better than anything Kawajiri brings to the table.
True story.

We'll see on NYE.
Don’t forget, JZ was robbed in his fight against Thomson.
"Referees, be sure to step in and stop the fight on time tomorrow, because I might get carried away in the moment and my many punches may end up destroying my opponent." - Tatsuya "CRUSHER" Kawajiri

Honestly, a Thomson/Melendez rubber match sounds good.
And I like the fact that he’s taking the fight on short notice — pretty ballsy. If Thomson beats up on Kawajiri, I’d say he’s just one more fight in Strikeforce away from another shot at the title. Maybe he should fight Billy Evangelista next?
Kinda funny that he’s taking life advice from Koscheck.
On an unrelated note, I’m baffled that Overeem is still booked to fight TBA. Somebody throw me a freakin’ bone here. Give the man a target!

Reem is supposed to be fighting Lashley
But Lashley recently backed out, so now nobody really knows.

Argh, that totally sucks.
Hmm.
Maybe they’ll surprise everyone and it’ll be Fedor.
While I’m wishing, I’d also like a pony.

For some reason I don't care much for Josh Thomson.
don’t really have a legit reason, just somethin about him.
"In this fight, Anderson showed he was human," Nogueira said. "He showed he could be weak. But he showed he is a fighter and he brings something from his heart. It was beautiful."

You know what....
….One less promotion means less MMA for us fans. They need ratings and they need our help, I’m tuning in. Even if the fights aren’t that good for this card, I’d like to see MMA survive in Japan so I’m down to help and tune in. Hopefully this helps them and turns Japanese MMA around.
