Weight lifting don't really help in professional fighting...It's all about technique. I love how most people see fights and think they could hang. You never see someone watch NFL and say, I could do that.

This show is all kinds of awful

My favorite part is how they pay the crowd to act like spastic idiots. Also i’ll lol hard if one of these days the bully clips the shit outta the mma fighter and the spastics are suddenly confounded…

I always skip straight to the fight. Regardless of how campy and ridiculous the show is, how can you not love professional MMA fighters beating the shit out of arrogant nobodies?
