Stay connected for news and updates

Alistair Overeem talked about winning the K-1 Championship after beating Tyrone Spong, Gokhan Saki, and Peter Aerts in one night:

I am very proud. It's never happened before that an MMA champion became K-1 champ. So I'm very proud that I'm world champion in two different kinds of sports.

The Strikeforce champ also plans on fighting at Dynamite!! in a couple of weeks, and while he doesn't have an opponent in mind yet, he wants to add the DREAM heavyweight title to his collection. He also mentioned that he will defend the Strikeforce belt around April, May or June.
