It looks like they’re trying to setup Bonnar to win one… but as usual, it looks doubtful.

No I think it's mostly about Grove

Give him a tough fight against a contender, not have it even headline a stacked show, have him lose, then cut their losses.

Any other day Bonnar/Pokrajac is opening the show not headlining.

Misread your comment

They definitely want a winnable fight for Bonnar because it’s hard to justify keeping a guy who lost to Mark Coleman.

No justification needed

I hate it

But we know there are two better fights on the card we’d like to see.

How did TUF Finale main events go from Shamrock/Franklin to Penn/Pulver to freaking Bonnar/Pokrajac?

too many events per year

and too many “Bonnar will ALWAYS have a job in the UFC” fights.

You forgot to put in the two awesome Clay Guida main events as well being Roger Huerta vs Guida and Diego Sanchez vs Guida. I mean, those two were potential FOTY’s for their respective years, and now the main event is Bonnar vs Pokrajac? Bonnar fights are usually fun though, but I would rather see Grove vs Maia in the main event.

Yeah those fights were fantastic

And Huerta/Guida was part of the most entertaining TUF Finale ever. If Guida had the power Huerta would’ve been knocked out.

The only bad part of TUF 6 Finale was another chance for people to listen to Jared Rollins’ voice.

I think thats the most sober and coherent

Ive ever seen Bonnar. I’ll never forget him “hosting” the Radio City Music Hall UFC111 event, he was five sheets to the wind that night.

It’s more punishment to Grove I think, that Bonnar is headlining. The UFC weren’t too happy with his comments regarding Tapout (?) I think. Also the fact that Bonnar is casual fan friendly.

With that being said, I don’t really care. Still getting to see all the fights and they’ll probably put the TUF final as the main event anyway.

Not that I condone facism or any ism for that matter. Isms are in my opinion, not good. A person shouldn't believe in an ism, he should believe in himself.

I quote John Lennon, "I don't believe in Beatles, I just believe in me". Good point there, after all he was the walrus. I could be the walrus. Wouldn't change the fact I have to bum rides off of people.

Thats right… it was on tapout radio i think though, which is probably where my confusion lies.
