Following his retirement from MMA, Shonie Carter tells MMA Fighting that he's planning to bring his charismatic personality to the WWE:
"I want to go to the WWE. I've talked to CM Punk about it. He works out at my gym. ...I'm coming to acknowledge the mid-life crisis that a lot of guys go through where they get a Corvette and a hot blonde girlfriend with big boobs. I've just decided to do the WWE."
"Overtime, that will be my name. Overtime, because I work hard. I put that hard hat on, I bring a lunchbox, and I punch in. If you get in that ring with me, you better punch in too, because you're going to be working overtime."

Not surprising, though I don't think he is what Vinnie Mac is looking for.
Unless he swells up with roids, he is way too small even for their lightweight division.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift.
They don't even have a lightweight division
The cruiserweight division got retired over a year ago now I think. A shame, because it’s probably too late for him to get into pro wrestling (physical toll) in the ring, but on-air managers/agents to put over guys who can go in the ring but can’t talk worth a damn are sorely needed. (See Larry Sweeney for a great example of this in Ring of Honor… although at least some of those guys actually could draw heat JUST fine on their own thank you very much.)
Wasn’t he always a wrestler? Isn’t he Ernest “The Cat” Miller? LOL

Haha
They do look alike. He’d make a good commentator or something.
