Well, it’s that time again, as UFC 123 invades Auburn Hills, Michigan on November the 20th (Saturday), bringing a card that should make up for the lackluster UFC 122 that Germany hosted.
In the new format style I used for UFC 121, I will be doing 2 fight predictions a day leading up to Friday which will be strictly dedicated to the Main Event of Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson vs Lyoto ‘The Dragon’ Machida. So let’s get to er.
Spike TV FREE Preliminary bouts:
***Aaron Simpson vs Mark Munoz***
Mark Munoz has a marginal record in the UFC since the 185 division of the WEC was lost, and Mark is now 3-2 in the big leagues after starting 5-0 in the WEC. His losses were to Matt Hamill by way of getting clobbered by a head kick, and then a loss by split decision to the new #1 contender Yushin Okami.
Aaron Simpson on the other hand is 7-1 with all of his wins coming by way of (T)KO. The problem lies in the fact that Simpson hasn’t faced much stiff competition, and one could argue his stiffest was Chris Leben, who got the nod in a split decision.
