Ok, so hopefully this doesn't get taken down, since it has zero to do with anything MMA. 

Help a brother out! 

My cousin/best friend is about to get deployed to Afghanistan is about 3 weeks, and this coming weekend we are having a deployment party for him, yada yada yada.

I know there a quite a few servicemen or retired servicemen who frequent the BloodyElbow website, and I would love some input. As a just graduated, starving for money 24 year old, I'm trying to decide on something that I can give to my cousin, which will make his tour in Afghanistan easier, without breaking the bank.

A few people that I know have suggested things along the lines of a PSP or other gaming system, but unfortunately this just isn't in my affordable budget.

Sooo, I'm asking for ideas from people who have actually been deployed over seas, and know what comes in handy or is useful. 

And I'm not talking about equipment gifts that would help him in the field, but more care package type ideas.
