Man this interviewer sucks ass.
If Rampage was the interviewee, he’d be pickin’ this guy apart right about now.
Sooooo
All I got out of this pointless interview was that Forrest is scared of everyone, he is a terrible fighter (Anderson Ruined him). And he is fat overweight and out of shape. Thanks for the waste of front page space on an otherwise awesome site.

Forrest isnt scared of anyone, he is a good fighter (everyone looks like shit compared to a motivated Anderson), he has always been a BIG LHW and i bet hes in very good shape.

He's not affraid
He has openly said on many occations he doesn’t want to fight Jon Jones.

Sarcasim??
The guy is well known for it, i bet (i could be wrong) that if the UFC really wanted him to fight Jon Jones, he would.
And if he is scared of everyone, why did he fight Anderson??

Find me someone who is calling out Jon Jones.
I agree Forest is a class act and I don’t believe he’s scared of fighting anyone.

You're a hater.
Griffin/Franklin is a fight I’ve wanted to see for a while should be competitive but I got Rich.

I'm a hater??
You just relegated forrest (the former LHW champ) to randy c. status and taking entertaining unimportant fights. If you are wishing he fight Rich who has no roadmap to a title run you are agreeing with me and saying forrest is done.

That's insane
Rich and Forrest are both legit competitors at 205, and Forrest holds a win over the #1 LHW on Earth (in the Octagon, no less). Burying Forrest says more about you than it does about ihm.

- LHW in the world after double knee surgery no fights in almost a year and took the fight just to get a check to help pay for the surgery.
I’d love to see them rematch now.
I love Forrest I’ve rolled with him at Ft Bragg. I am just tired of his sarcasm because he is coming off as an ass now. He hasn’t fought in forever and in every interview since the Anderson fight all he does is say he doesn’t want to fight Jon Jones and that he is slow and has no chin.
Losses to Rashad and Anderson the way they ended make me think that he is only half joking because they may be true assumptions.

Yeah, losses to the #3 LHW on Earth and the greatest fighter in UFC history are real red flags. Forrest has also been busy selling books, and a lot of that is based on his persona.
If every MMA fan just assumed fighters were lying when interviewed, we’d be in a much better place.

Dude get the rankings out of your head they are almost meaningless because anyone can beat anyone on a given night.
When Forrest fought Shogun he wanted that fight he was sooo motivated and that rode him to the title. He just seems so dejected lately it is almost sad. When he gets that fire I saw back then maybe I will have faith.
He also wrote a book during that title run so don’t use that as an excuse, he doesn’t even write them he has someone do it for him anyway.

Have you ever read them?
I think Forrest has a bigger role in writing them than you may think
Shogun is definetly a different fighter when healthy, but I don’t want to diminish griffins win. Who knows what would happen if by fought under different circumstances? We could speculate, but the point is that he won. Sometimes luck is good timing, and if I were rashad I would wait two years if necessary to fight shogun. If history repeats itself Shogun doesn’t look great coming off of knee surgeries.
On a side note, I pick machida as lhw champion by the end of next year.

I think
Jones will have a chance to take it from machida by then…
As it goes from Rua to Rashad to Machida to Jones…

i mean this with all due Respect ......
Are trolling or just delusional???
Rich has only lost to some of the greatest of all time. (He also beat Hendo IMHO.)
I am picking Rich in this one. I could also see Rich winning the Lhw strap. I wouldn’t bet my life on it but…… it could happen.
Its two former champs throwing down. This is gonna be a good fight.

You're absolutely right
People stated their opinions and I made a simple observation. I said nothing derogatory nor did I attack someone’s comment. You, sir, need the calming down.
I just really like your handle (Mandalore) so i just wanted to find a way to comment to you. I freaking love Boba Fett.

I'd take Rich over a lot of top ten LHW
The guy isn’t done and neither is Griffin.

I really don’t see how Rich beats Forset. First of its going to look like a mid size MW fighting a HW at fight time. Forset is just going to overpower Rich and ride out top control for a easy 3 round decision. I see no way Rich stops the takedown when the clinch up. I forsure don’t see Rich subbing or sweeping Forest from his guard and 3rd even if it does stay on the feet Rich does not have that great of a advantage there eather. Easy 3 round decision for Griffen
Forrest and Rampage could go on an apathetic fighter tour together and finish it off with another decision.
