I can’t decided if that’s a good thing. I hope we don’t get Cainovember if he wins the belt though I love me some brown pride.

rocktober has been a phrase for years...... at least as long as two for tuesday.
I think it’s more coincdince than anyhting else, and wouldn’t be surprised if the WWE had already done something similar in years past.
Also for a second my mind didn’t click into gear that you meant “the Rock’s” highlights. At first I envisioned a pile of rocks having a highlight reel, then for some reason I thought “maybe the Rockers?” How do Marty Jannetty and Shawn Michaels come to my mind before Dwayne Johnson.

Brock is a marketing gold mine. Dude has a countdown , a all access and a PPV all within 3 weeks of each other. 121 is going to do some huge numbers. Anybody on this card will benefit from the exposure. Jake shields especially.

To me, this is the Brock Lesnar fight
Herring was washed up and not that good. Couture and Mir were small and old. Carwin beat him up and then brutally gassed.
I’m not knocking his accomplishments, but this is the fight, and if he gets through it, then JDS. I’m really excited to see whether he can do it. If he does, you are talking about him as maybe the best UFC HW ever. I don’t think Sylvia or Arlovski ever had a run like that, or Couture.
Stoked to see what the big man can do.

If Brock wins people will claim it’s because Cain is small, or inexperienced, or used a bad strategy, or this, that and the other. I honestly think it’s a pick’em. As inactive as Lesnar has been, Valasquez has been pretty inactive too (waiting for Brock) and Lesnar will have had the more recent fight. Lots of interesting factors.

He passed the test when he took two belts in two fights. Cain is very serious business though, you don’t do much better at HW in the UFC right now.

win or lose this fight what Brock has done has been incredible i just know there will be a lot of i told you so people the next time he loses trying to discredit anything he has accomplished at that point.

brock fans are a sensitive bunch
i didn’t mean to give him a hard time. having said that, i stand by the comments i made.
i think couture, mir and herring are from the “old” generation. mir was also much smaller for mir/lesnar ii, that’s why he bulked up.
i thought carwin was a “true” test for lesnar but i still had questions after that fight. frankly, if you watched that fight, and you didn’t have any questions about lesnar, i sort of question your objectivity.
but if he does it again, no matter how dubious it looks, i think the questions will be answered.
Again, Brock is 33, and Mir just recently turned 31... Mir also weighs 250+
he has never been SMALL (even before he “bulked up”), or OLD in the HW division.

I saw wrestle WWE I think a guy like him is perfect for the UFC and who doesn’t like seeing a fucking refrigerator get in the cage and wrestle.
I’m glad to see Brock is following the medical advice of his doctors and is varying up his diet….. but I guess he just hasn’t let go of the notion you shoot something before you eat it.
I’m not a hunting fan and normally never would even consider going, but I do have a fantasy hunting trip team of Brock, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, and Brett Favre.

Brock is still tight with the Vikings. Him and Jared Allen are good pals and im Brett loves to hunt and his a good ol boy himself. Im sure him and Brock have exchanged words they might not be pals but they have similar backgrounds so i could see them getting along
