TUF 12 contestant T.J. O'Brien (16-3), who suffered a KO loss to Marc Stevens in the opening round of the show, has been given a second chance by the UFC as he has won several fights since the taping of the show.

O'Brien will face Paul Kelly at UFC 123 in Detroit next month, replacing the injured Gabe Ruediger.
