According to MMA Weekly at today's fan Q&A:

"I don't know if Jon Jones is going to fight Ryan Bader," Dana White said. "We tried to put that fight together, but Bader has some stuff going on. Jon Jones might be fighting somebody else, I don't know how that's going to go."

"(Jon Jones) is going to have to go through a couple of guys before he gets a title shot, but at the rate Jon Jones is going he could be fighting for the title next year."

The "some stuff going on" - includes Ryan Bader getting married at the end of October and opening a new gym, Power MMA & Fitness later this year.

[UPDATE] - Jones' agent Malki Kawa says Jones vs. Bader is still on:

MMA Fighting spoke to Jones' agent Malki Kawa, who said Jones is expected to sign the agreement to fight Bader in the coming days. UFC officials also confirmed Kawa's statement, saying that the fight is still scheduled for the Super Bowl weekend show.
