How to Make UFC 122 Appealing

UFC 122 is free on Spike* on November 13th and the card still looks worse than your average Fight Night. Two of the fighters on the main card are on two fight losing streaks and in total 5 of the 10 guys on the televised broadcast are coming off a loss. The main event of Nate Marquardt/Yushin Okami is stellar and relevant to the middleweight title picture, but the rest is...blech. Not to worry, I know how to make this card sound PPV-worthy with the help of a friend....

Jorge Rivera vs. Alessio Sakara (Co-Main)

"Oh my goodness this has got fireworks written all over it. Expect a f**king blitzkrieg of punches between Jorge Rivera and Alessio Sakara. Both of these men love to bang and they have some dynamite in their hands. Rivera is coming off a f**king dominating victory over Nate "Rock" Quarry and he once lasted nearly 2 whole rounds with Anderson Silva! while Sakara knocked out the really gritty veteran James "The Sandman" Irvin, a man who also fought Anderson f**king Silva! This is definitely a Fight of the Night candidate and I'm f**king stoked about it."

Dennis Siver vs. Andre Winner

"Dennis Siver is undoubtedly Germany's best MMA fighter and most famous German athlete behind Dirk Nowitzki. When he gets into that Octagon he comes to f**king fight. Had a great performance against Spencer Fisher and beat the sh*t out of Paul Kelly's ribs with his famous spinning back-kick. Andre Winner is as tough as nails, comes from England, and he has vicious KO power (highlight cuts to Rolando Delgado fight over and over and over again). Obviously Winner is coming off a tough defeat to Nik Lentz in his last fight but I can only see a slugfest brewing."

Amir Sadollah vs. Peter Sobotta

"Amir Sadollah is a badass fighter. He went the distance with Dong Hyun-Kim, dominated Brad Blackburn and beat the very dangerous Phil Baroni. Don't count out Peter Sobotta, who f**king served in the military for his country! How f**king amazing is that? He has suffered some setbacks in the UFC but he is no pushover and if he can upset Amir he could very well be on track to become the first German militant to win the UFC Welterweight Title."

Krzyzstof Soszynski vs. Goran Reljic

"These are two tough f**kers who love to f**king brawl. Soszynski competed on TUF Season 8 and performed very well. He's earned Fight of the Night honors against Stephan Bonnar at UFC 116 plus to Submission of the Night awards against Brian Stann and Shane Primm. Goran Reljic is a menace at light heavyweight (cuts to highlight of Wilson Gouveia fight). Both of these men need a win to contend at 205 so expect them to leave it all on the f**king line. There's nothing that pleases Germans more than watching a Polish guy and a Croat go to f**king war."

This is a stacked card full of fun fights and to put this s**t on free TV is just a fantastic way for fans to enjoy the UFC.

Hopefully Uncle Dana persuaded you to watch. You don't have to watch the event even though it's free, but damn I can sense that every one of these fights listed here could be explosive despite the lack of black guys on the card.

* Or maybe UFC 122 is "live" on Spike just like UFC 120 supposedly is this weekend!
