The National Geographic Channel filmed two specials called Fight Science several years ago. The first was an overview of martial arts - both unarmed and armed (Rickson Gracie was the representative for submission fighting). The second episode focused on modern Mixed Martial Arts, featuring Bas Rutten, Randy Couture, Tito Ortiz, and Dean Lister. Thanks to Hulu, they are legally available online for free. Enjoy.
