Renzo looks like he’s about to cry for some reason.
If Derek Jeter clubbed a baby seal on earth day while wearing a mink coat and crocodile skin boots while burning tires on an iceberg, the reaction would be "Its OK Derek, you’re a Yankee." -First mammal to wear pants
Looks like he just whiffed a fart.

Poor Frankie.

The fight gloves look really silly with the street clothes
was it really necessary? Don’t they look just as tough without them?
Of course they need the gloves
How could they walk across the ocean without them?

I only wear them when I'm training UFC
Or if I’m watching the fights at Hooters with my homies.

I don’t know, I think they’d look silly without the gloves too… isn’t there supposed to be explosions in the background?
For some reason this reminds me of “I’m on a boat”.

Belfort did make 195..
He fought Rich at a catch weight of 195
8-29-09
Keith Jardine is now known as "The Dean of Antihistamine" because he is always sleeping early in fights..
I agree
He’s monstrous compared to Vitor.
"I will do nothing lightly. When I walk, I will walk heavily. When I fight, I will fight with conviction. When I speak, I will speak strongly. When I love, I will love with everything"
Belfort has been fighting at 185 for a while. The Franklin fight was at 195 to suit Franklin who was building towards a 205 run at the time.
Vitor’s 197 was what happens when a middleweight doesn’t have any pressure to cut weight and weigns in with his watch on.
Keep firing Assholes!
Mind numbing, tedious and ultimately self defeating.
For some reason they both look like wax dolls
and Yeah im pumped up for this fight. Actually entire event~

Is it me
Or is Anderson’s head getting bigger ala Tito?

Something tells me this fight will not be pretty.

God, BJ looks goofy in khaki pants…I’m not sure I’ve seen him without a RVCA shirt, board shorts and Sunglasses
dumb question i think...
why the two belts?
by davidhamilton83 on Jan 27, 2010 4:45 PM EST up reply actions
i bet its a belt for being the world’s worst loser…. Tito had to vacate the title after his long layoff….. but he will be back in contention soon
by davidhamilton83 on Jan 27, 2010 4:50 PM EST up reply actions
or maybe his mom made it for him….. she seems to have to do everything else for him.
by davidhamilton83 on Jan 27, 2010 4:52 PM EST up reply actions
i hope that is taken as a joke and not as real fighter bashing.
by davidhamilton83 on Jan 27, 2010 4:53 PM EST up reply actions
LOL
I guess people forgot that he was also a welterweight champion at one time too (beating Matt Hughes) ?
Randy Couture, Dan Henderson and BJ Penn are the only fighters to ever win titles in 2 different weight classes..
Penn is just holding his two belts that he’s won..
8-29-09
Keith Jardine is now known as "The Dean of Antihistamine" because he is always sleeping early in fights..
i didnt forget that…. it just doesnt make since for him to be carrying a title he wont be defending.

and even weirder that he only had it in one of the pictures posted

Since somebody needs to give a real answer...
his current LW title and the WW belt he won off of Hughes.

It trips me out that BJ rocks the Dr Phil look. Too cheap or lazy to Norelco that mother in the mornin?

@deowade
I blog about stuff too.
Man, Edgar is a little guy. He is a perfect example of why the UFC needs to absorb the WEC and its lighter weight classes. You’ve got to think he’d jump at the chance to drop to 145, but doesn’t want to take the inevitable paycut that would follow.

i thought i heard something about their contracts carrying over if they do that….
i may be wrong
by davidhamilton83 on Jan 27, 2010 5:00 PM EST up reply actions
makes me think that their contracts are through zuffa…. not just ufc. i dont remember hearing anything about the wec guys that were folded into the ufc rosters getting new contracts
by davidhamilton83 on Jan 27, 2010 5:17 PM EST up reply actions
yeah definitely. rosholt kept his crazy wec contract that stipulating that all his fights be televised.
man…. that worked out great for him….ha ha

Getting a title shot would be reason enough not to drop for me. We’ll see what happens after that fight.

BJ Looks Pretty Small Compared To Renzo
I’m a little more impressed with that fight now. I wonder if it gets uncomfortable for those guys to be in situations like that when they don’t like each other.
by FightFan72 on Jan 27, 2010 6:38 PM EST via mobile reply actions
I don't think there's much dislike between most MMA fighters outside of the cage
especially among BJ, Renzo, Anderson, and Vitor
Does the UFC purposely try to find the most boring, unimaginative artists they can find? Street clothes with fight gloves, ye gods.

Well actually
I had my drunk aunt at the beach and she insisted on bringer her 25 year old Polaroid camera. Some guy paid her $12 in between swiggs from the whiskey jug to take some photos. Now I won’t be able to take her anywhere without the jug of whiskey or that fucking camera.

I feel like they dont have artists, they just have some guy who owns a camera working in the marketing department who takes these pictures.
That and their fight posters are incredibly unimaginitive. Ive considered starting to own a collection but i wish the artwork lived up to the epic quality of the events themselves.
where can you get the posters?
