In the wake of Rashad getting his Black Belt in BJJ prior to his UFC 108 fight, I thought it would be a cool idea to have people list fighters who others might not know their grappling credentials...  For instance, I wouldn't have known that Rashad was training BJJ as much as he was inorder to get his Black belt.  Or GSP, if you hadn't heard about him earning his black belt back in 2008, you probably wouldn't have been able to guess that he is a black belt, since his game doesn't involve much jiu-jistu, or going for submissions.


Anyways, if anyone wants to list info on fighters that others might not know, this would be the post to do so.. I'll start:

Brandon Vera: Brown belt in BJJ under Lloyd Irvin (1 win by submission out of 11)

Thiago Silva: Black belt in BJJ (1 win by submission in 14 wins)

Rich Franklin: Black belt in BJJ (9 wins in 26 fights...which isn't suprising for a Black Belt I guess, just suprised to learn he's a black belt)
