god his passes were so smooth; he was passing his guard like a knife through butter.
anyone smaller or less powerful then AA was toast with that armbar.

- AA was bridging into him with his RNC defence; we are taught to drop our hips out of back control and reverse once our hips our lower then theirs. using our legs to do all the movements means we can still defend our necks with our hands…
