Tough fight for Kenny. I have a hard time seeing him win this. It’ll probably be Guida by vintage relentless smothering.
I love me some Sexyama!
I beg to differ
Kenny should be able to light Clay up with leg kicks and punches from the outside.

Well…. this is Kenny’s chance to prove that he can beat a Sherk-type of fight like his first battle with Sherk. Well-conditioned wrestler who can be overwhelming in top control, although Guida isn’t quite the strongman that Sherk is.

This is looking like an awesome card
Give me Penn, Alves, Florian, Kongo.
It was already a solid card for me

I like Clay. There’s something to be said about relentless, unending energy.
Plus, if you watched his last fight, you know that guy can take a hit or 50.

you guys are right!
i don’t mean to sell his talent short… he is majorly tough and a great wrestler, relentless and has a HUGE heart. nevertheless, he reminds me of a 155 lb arona whose style i’ve never found entertaining unless he is losing.

Kenny needs to hire a chimpanzee to dry fuck him as training for this fight.

I’m sorry, but people act like Clay Guida is Jake fucking O’Brian and I’m sick of it, most of it is just a bunch of butt-hurt Diaz fans that can’t cope with the fact that his wrestling sucks. His fights with Danzig and Neer weren’t that great, I’ll give you that. But this is a guy who didn’t just have good fights with Griffin, Huerta, and Sanchez, but they were god damned wars. They were some of the best fights I’ve seen in the UFC and people scoff at him for being just a boring blanket wrestler and I just don’t understand it.

Am I the only one...
Who thinks that Diego Sanchez is going to give BJ Penn a run for his money? Diego has great boxing, a great chin, great wrestling, and great BJJ. Kenny’s Muay Thai is nothing compared to Diego’s boxing. Plus, Diego is aggressive and his cardio is excellent. I don’t know….I’m not saying that he’ll knock BJ Penn out…but I think Diego can pull an upset. He just needs to be careful going to the ground against Penn. This is going to be a stand up fight, and I think that Diego has the tools to take it to BJ Penn.
If Diego can box BJ and keep the fight standing, and pressure BJ…he can win. I know Penn’s cardio looked great last fight, but honestly, BJ wasn’t really pressed in that fight. Kenny was running that entire fight. I think Diego can use his wrestling to smother and gas BJ out.
This is a good card though. Florian is going to lose to Guida. Guida is too relentless.
Remember when he fought Diego? Diego was lighting him up with those elbows from the guard….awesome!
