I'm not a Urophagia practitioneer or anything.

But Urine is sterile when it comes out of your body (usually), you can drink it multiple times in a survival situation before it becomes toxic, and your body misses out on a decent amount of vitamins in the process of making urine. So the science behind it kind of makes sense.

Using urine for health and medicinal purposes is a very old science. It’s probably not a good idea if you have a really poor diet with crap like fried foods, sodas and heavily processed foods.
