"Super heavyweight Ross "The Grizzly" Clifton, an eight-year veteran of MMA best known for his TKO loss to Ken Shamrock at "Wargods" in February, has passed away from an apparent heart attack. He was 32 years old.
Clifton's former trainer, UFC veteran Cal Worsham, said the Rancho Cordova fighter was found dead by his wife Friday morning. Clifton was reportedly watching TV in a recliner chair when the wife went to bed Thursday night. "

Wow
I used to make fun of this dude when he fought Shamrock and thought he was a joke, but you never wanna hear about his health killing him. RIP Ross.

Kid Nate what gives?
I posted this in the fan posts section a couple of hours ago and my post was deleted?
Anyway R.I.P. Ross Clifton
I didn't see your post
I’ll check with the mods.
Again, sorry but I don’t always have time to review the fanposts before I post.

It was really weird
I posted it. One guy commented on it and then I got offline and when I came back the whole thing was deleted and your post was up.
I’m not saying you deleted it. I was just wondering if I did something wrong in it or what?
Cant say i’m surprised. Those country breakfasts clog you up pretty fast.
Anyhoo, sad to see someone die so young.

That’s messed up, I mean the guy obviously wasn’t in great shape but you wouldn’t think someone who competed in MMA competitively within the past few month would be in such bad condition that they could die of a heart attack at age 32. Well hopefully this can serve as a wakeup call to others like him who think just because they are young and compete in athletics that something like this can’t happen to them. RIP Ross.
Walla walla walla I'm an idiot.

Heart disease doesn't always manifest itself in warning signs
The original singer of Drowning Pool, Dave Williams, died in much the same way. Everyone outside the band assumed drugs, his wife and bandmates said “No way.” Autopsy came back – toxicology was completely clean, he died of cardiomyopathy. Never had a symptom before the heart attack that killed him.
Jim Palmer: "I said to Nolan, 'Why do you run every ball out like that?' and he said, 'Why wouldn’t you?' "
Yeah, but Dave Williams wasn’t also grossly overweight.

To my 30 year old companions: Diet is just as important as exercise. Apples fill you up just as much as french fries do.
I hate hearing things like this.
