Today on "MMA Nation" we'll be joined by UWC flyweight contender Pat Runez. We'll talk to Runez about how he got into MMA, what training at Arizona Combat Sports has done to his game and how he evaluates John Dodson as an opponent. Runez locks horns with Dodson at UWC 7: Redemption for the UWC Flyweight title.

We'll also be talking about Rampage in the new A-Team movie, lots of UFC 102, UFC 103 and UFC 104 talk with your calls.

Lastly, we'll be giving away tons of tickets to UWC 7 including a pair of VIP passes to the show.

I really do. I loved the old JFK and I hate the new format. But I still listen to MMA Nation.
I know they don’t about this one listener but pre-empting you on both ends makes me want to switch off the station forever. Sorry this happens to you Luke.

The best part about being preempted for Georgia vs. Ok State is that the game isn’t even being televised in this area.

I think it’s the suits at corporate who don’t even know I exist signing contracts for monetarily profitable weekend programming.

Btw, I e-mailed you a question and you never answered so I’ll try asking here. You mentioned in a post and at other times that you feel GSP is a great takedown artist, but not as great of a wrestler. What aspects of wrestling do you feel he lacks?
