You think they care about fighters well being in japan?

Someone yesterday was complaining about Japanese fights being stopped prematurely due to cuts. So… which is it?

The reason I have been told they stop fights with cuts or any blood so quick and don’t know how true this is. That in Japan showing Blood on live TV is a no no in Japan. And they do seem even back in the pride and Rings days to stop fights very very auick when a cut happens even if a little blood is coming out.

Mo Lawal vs Kevin Randleman is terrible. I don’t understand this trend of him fighting washed up wrestlers. I don’t expect him to be fighting top ten guys at this point in his career, but Randleman- like Kerr- should be retired.
On the other hand, Yokota vs Mitsuoka is a nice fight and its good to see Jorge Santiago back in action.

I’m not exactly psyched about Mo/Randleman either, but I don’t imagine a lot of people are lining up to fight Mo right now. Add that to the very slim pickings at 205 outside the UFC and you get… this.
Yokota vs. Mitsuoka should be great. Mitsuoka is one of those dudes who’s always on the cusp of becoming one of the top Japanese LWs, but never quite makes it. I’ll be rooting for him.

I look forward to Randleman fights just to hear what sort of nonsense Mark Coleman is going to yell at him.

The 3 things Coleman loves saying to Randleman are – GET UP KEV, GET HIM KEV, KNOCK HIM OUT NOW KEV !!!!
by Shocbomb on Sep 30, 2009 6:28 PM EDT up reply actions 0 recs
During his last fight he dropped these gems
1) I NEED TO SEE THE MONSTER KEVIN
2) HE’S TIRED KEV, KILL HIM
3) HE’D DEAD KEVIN…DEAD

Randleman is no where near as bad as Kerr is. I think the Randleman fight is a great test for MO right now in this early stage of his career. The more Ring/Cage time the better.

Awesome poster.
Hioki, King Mo, and Hornbuckle = win. I’ll be interested to see how Gono does after experiencing that MDK.

It is a nice poster but not the best so far. They have these really creative posters though overall.
for all intents and purposes, just consider all my posts as works of satire.
