The Outsider 65-70kg Tournament Bracket Revealed

Last month, Akira Maeda's hoodlum-centric "The Outsider" promotion held qualifying bouts for its first ever 65-70kg (143-154 lbs.) tourney, and today they've unveiled the full 16-man bracket.

The tournament's opening and quarterfinal rounds will take place at "The Outsider 8" on October 11th; the semifinals and finals are tentatively set for December 13th.

Along with the fighters who secured tournament berths at the last event, two Outsider favorites will return in the evening's reserve match. Teppei Hori has been invited back after a "Fight of the Night" loss to Tsuyoshi Nomura in the main event of "The Outsider 7." He'll face the popular Kojiro Apache, who hasn't fought since being TKO'd by Tomoya Kato in March.
